Choose an AI task by identifying the draft you need and the facts that must remain unchanged. JASOTO has AI, marketing and designer routes, but an available feature is not a promise of an accurate answer or a finished professional design. Start with a small example that you can check before using generated material in public or in a customer decision.
Editorial review 5 October 2026. Prepared with AI assistance and checked against the AI, marketing and designer interfaces and Google’s content guidance. Examples are illustrative; tool results and savings have not been measured.
Choose the route for the task
Use the AI area for a supported conversational task, the marketing page to understand promotional uses, or the designer interface for a visual concept. Check the instructions and access shown on the actual page. This guide does not establish that every generation is free or available to every account, and it does not substitute for a successful test of the chosen workflow.

Write a brief with an observable result
For an illustrative service description, provide approved facts, the audience and the length you need. Ask the tool to leave unresolved facts as questions instead of inventing credentials, prices or coverage. Decide what would make the draft unsuitable before generating it. A specific brief gives the reviewer something concrete to compare with the result.
Use information you are entitled to provide
Begin with public or fictional information and review the relevant arrangements before uploading confidential material. For designer work, use a photograph you own or have permission to upload and describe the desired change clearly. Avoid including identifiable customers or private documents simply to make an example feel realistic. Check the current file instructions on the interface.

Check generated facts and metadata before publication
Google’s guidance on generative AI content calls for manual factual review, including titles, descriptions and image alternative text. Compare the output with approved references and open any source it cites. Remove invented results or testimonials and check that metadata does not make a stronger promise than the page. A fluent answer is still a draft requiring assessment.

Treat a generated design as a concept
Inspect an image for altered dimensions, impossible details and changes to the original setting before sharing it. Explain when it is an illustration rather than a photograph of completed work. A generated room or product concept does not establish feasibility, material suitability, costs or permissions; obtain appropriate project assessment before using it to direct real work.
Review the destination and any publishing action
The marketing page describes reviewable content and states that social publishing needs the relevant account connection and approval of content and schedule. Check those arrangements in the actual workflow before committing to a public post. Generating a draft, approving it and publishing it are separate actions, each with its own factual and operational checks.

Assess access and the full review effort
Some tools or generations may require a suitable plan or credits, as the marketing guidance explains. Check the costs shown in the account before starting and include revisions in your comparison. Record time spent correcting and reviewing the output alongside generation time. A quicker first draft does not establish an overall saving if the finished task needs substantial repair.

Before proceeding
- Specify a draft and the facts that must remain unchanged.
- Use permitted inputs and check current access and costs.
- Review text, metadata and visual concepts before use.
- Confirm any public destination and approval step.
Questions and answers
Does generated content publish itself?
Treat generation and publishing separately. The marketing page describes account connection and approval requirements for social publishing.
Can a designer image be used as proof of completed work?
No. Explain that it is a concept or illustration and obtain appropriate assessment before directing a real project.
